Upon the Court's own motion and in accordance with ORS 368.595,
and there being no one in attendance at the public hearing held in the
Deschutes County Courtroom on the 6th day of September, 1967, duly adver-
tised,
And the Court being advised and having made inspection of the
above road, makes this final determination:
The Court finds that it is in the public interest that the
above-named road be and hereby is established, and that the field notes,
plat and profile be recorded as proofs of the establishment and lawful
existence of a county road and public highway, in accordance with ORS
368.605.
