A de- tailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this Sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written rotice by the Deschutes County Court. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS Installing Pipe Line Parallel: 211 All pipe lines running parallel with the read shall be in the existing ditch line, or no less than three feet frnm the edge of the existing pavement edge. In all caseF w'aere a, water line is installed in a transverse direction the water pipe must b'~ installed within a larger pipe which size shall be no less than six (6) inches in diameter. ta~ckfiillin and Paving: The permittee shall be required to properly back- fill- the trench in such a manner as to guarantee a well compacted, stabilized sub- base prr,r to paving. The pavement must be replaced tc its original line, crown, and Trade with an asphalt mixture to conform with the surrounding road bed. UN .M COUN'T'Y C01,27SSIONEP 4~q FERNi E This matter coming before the Court upon the petition of Cascade Natural Gas, requesting permission to install a tyro inch (2") gas line in Town- ship 15, Range 13, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point approximately sixty (60) feet west of the junction of the NW Market Road and Black Butte Blvd., and running: thence, east, parallel to Black Butte Blvd. a distance of 1430 feet to a point approximately sixteen (16) feet west of the intersection of South 15th Street and Black Butte Blvd.; thence, north, transversing Black Butte Blvd. a distance of thirty-four (34) feet; thence, running in a southwesterly direction paral- lel to Black Butte Blvd. a distance of 855 feet to the existing gas line east of South Canyon Drive.
