This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. GE1-I AL SPLCIFICATICNS FOR PARTICULAR I?STALLATIONS Installing Pipe Line Parallel: pj=OLDS ROAD All pipe lines running parallel with the road shall be in the existing ditch line, or no less than three (3) feet from t�p- edge of the existing pavement ed -e. All pipe lines must be in- stalled to_a cJApth to be no less than two (2) feet and properly backfilled to the original grade line and with no obstructions to the drainage area.
