A permit is granted by Deschutes County to City of Redmond
to install 4" pipe line on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. A de-
Lailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of
this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is
revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS
Inst .llir Pike, Line Parallel: Four inch (411) pipe line All pipe lines running
parallel -vit.h the read shall be in the existing ditch line, or no less than three
(3) feet franc the edge of the existing pavement edge. All pipe lines must be in-
stalled to a depth to be no less than two (2) feet and properly backfilled to the

be resr-rcible for any or all damages to the existing pavement, and shoulders or

diameter. ttack_.fillir and Paving: The permittee shall be required to properly back-
fill the tre,ich in such a manner as to guarantee a well compacted, stabilized sub-
base pri-r to paving. The pavement must be replaced t(. its original line, crown,
and rra,?e i.,i.th an asphalt mixture to conform with the surrounding road bed. The
area installation must be kept smecth for the traveling public at all times. The
rermittee will be required at all times to take every precaution to prrtect the
travelirg public. All signs and traffic controls shall be furnished by the permit-

Permit to install a four inch pipe line and necessary pipe and fittings to adjacent
property lines along the east line of 244th Street as platted in Redmond Heights,
Deschutes County, Oregon; more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a
point sixteen feet west of the east line of 214th Street and eleven feet south of
the south line of Lincoln Street; thence, north along a line parallel to and six-
teen feet from the east line of 24th street a distance of six hundred sixty three
(6631 feet.
