A de- tailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. ((:ENEhAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS and regulations pertaining to the moving of buildings. permittee shall be required to move the building on pneumatic dollies y spaced s-+ as to insure an even weight distribution, and properly shore as to prevent collapse wile in the process of moving. The permittee s e responsible for all traffic earnings to the traveling public, as may be essarry to insure safe travel while in the process of moving the building. permittee shall be required to have at least two (2) pilit cars equipped w' lgns depicting "Wide Load", and all the necessary signs and flagmen at a ersections so as to insure an even flow of the traffic and prevent ccnges . The permittee will be held directly responsible for any and all damage t e_existing pavement and shoulger-:-areas,-and will b required to repair said age, or pay damages to Deschutes County for the necessary repairs. If duri e course of moving it is necessary to move bridge railing, the permit- t all be required to replace the railing to their original state. The sawing Private Access to County Road: The permittee will be required to construct the access at the safest and most practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the map. If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be determined, and also put on the .nap. The permittee will be responsible for the construction of the access and all she costs of the materials used in the access. Tf at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress of future main- `ainance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this installation at his own expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility for damage to said installation as result of maintainance or construction. Failure of permittee to comply with performance cf work will result in a change for work performed by Deschutes Ccunty. h ended Ap~prov 1, ex L.
