ESTABLISHING OF_A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET:
The Court at this time voted to set a time for hearing on a proposed establishing
of a supplemental budget using resources from Land Sales. Hearing date to be Jan. 26, 1966
at 10:00 a.m. in the County Courtroom.

PLANNING COMMISSION:
The Court at this time appointed Louis Ebert of Redmond to a pro—tem position
on the Deschutes County Planning Commission, until the return from vacation to the County
of C. Otto Lindh.

The Court at this time acknowledged receipt of a letter from the Redmond Grade
School, Dist. #2, signed by Hugh Hartman, Superintendent. The Court observed this letter
as a great deal of correspondence to the proposed blinker light on this secondary road
at Terrebonne.
