Exp. 5.65 IN THE MATTER OF RULES AND REGULATIONS OF SUBDIVISION PLANS AND PIATSs At this time the Deschutes County Court accepted the rules, regulations and standards for the subdivision of land, and for the preparation of subdivision plans and plats for dedications to be filed, an amended April 28th at the Planning; Commission meeting. IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES COUNTY BUDGET BOARD: The Court at this time appointed Lyman C. Johnson on the Deschutes County Budget Board to complete the unexpired term of John Stenkamp. Term ending Jan. 1, 1967. The Court also at this time appointed Robert Whittier of Redmond to a four year term on the Deschutes County Budget Board. Term to end May 1, 1970. IN THE MATTER OF GROUP INSURANCE FOR COUNTY ERPLOYES: The Court at this time ordered the Clerk to notify Oregon Physicians Service of the cancellation of the County's contract for insurance with OPS as of July, 1, 1965. And the Court ordered Prudential Hospital Association to draw a contract for Health and Life Insurance for Deschutes County employes to begin July 1, 1965. IN THE MATTER OF LEASING COUNTY OWNED LANDS: The Court signed a lease to Deschutes River Ranch covering; 30 acres in SWINE! lying West of Riley County Road, in Section 6, Twp. 17 S.R. 12 E.W.M. Term: Jan. 1, 1965 to Dec. 31, 1965. Rental $5.00. - 3 - IN THE MATTER, OF OFFERED LANDS IN THE COUNTY AND BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT EXCHANGE: The Court ordered a warranty deed drawn from Deschutes County- to the United States of America conveying lands in Townships 20 and 21, Range 17; Townships 20 and 21. in Range 18 and. Townships 20 and 21 in Range 19, E.W.M. Said deed was prepared and executed. IN THE MATTER OF EXCHANGE, OF PROPERTY WITH LLOYD LUELLING: The Court ordered the Clerk to draw a deed to Lloyd H. and Thelma C. Luelling conveying the W2 of Section 5 and the E: of Section 6, all in Twp. 20 S., Range 16 E.W.M. Said deed was prepared and executed. IN THE MATTER OF EASEMENT FOR TRANSMISSION LINES RIGHT OF WAY: The Court made an order authorizing the execution of an easement to the Pacific Power & Light Co. for an electric transmission and distribution line over and across the SE NW- and NEISWti, Sec. 34, Twp. 17 S.R. 12 E.T.H. IN THE MATTER OF MINERAL MATERIALS PERMIT: The Court accepted the terms of a permit from United States of America granting Deschutes County, by and through its Road Department, permission to extract and remove common material and rock for crushing for road maintenance and construction from the MOSEISW-1 Sec. 16, Twp. 15 S.R. 10 EWA for a period of 5 years. 4 4 41 IN THE MATTER OF BEER LICENSES: The Court approved the application of Elk Lake Lodge, Inc. for renewal. of their RMBB License.
