KoLfield an easement over and across property in Section 30, A, sec. 19 and SW! in Section 18, all in Tapp. 16 S.R. 11 E.W.M. IN THE PIA TTER OF IN- STALLING PIPE LINES: The Court granted Brooks-Willamette Corporation and the City of Bernd pen-flits to inot. ll pipe lines across County right-of-way. - 2 - 4 V. IN THE MATTER OF LEASING COUNTY OWNED LANDS: At this time the Court Leased Brooks-Vi.ll.amette Corporation the SW.I-SE Sec Lion 1.0, Twp. 15 S., Range 13 E.W.M. for a period of one year from May 19, 1965, at a rental of $30.00. IN THE MA TTER OF RIVER LOOP ROAD : The Court made a resolution declaring its intention to establish a county road in Sec. 7, Twp. 20 S.R. 11 E.W.M. The County Roadmaster was ordered to post copies of said Resolution, and June 18, 1965 was the time set for hearing objections thereto. IN THE MATTER OF LIBRARY SERVICE: The Trustees of the Libraries of Deschutes and Crook Counties signed an agreement to continue, their cooperative effort for the improvements and develop- ment of a library service 4jithin the two counties. IN THE MATTER OF MODIFYING BLAKLEY HEIGHTS ZONING: The Court ordered that notice be given of a hearing to be held at 10:00 A.I. June 4, 1965 in the County Court Room, to consider an amendment to the Blakley Heights interim zoning in Conformance with Section 136, Deschutes County Planning Ordinance !jl. IN THE MATTER OF SUB- DIVISION REGULATIONS: The Court ordered that notice be given of a hearing to be held at 10:00 A.M. June 9, 1965 in the County Court Room, to consider the adoption of an Ordinance as „mended concerning subdivision regulation:.
