TO DESCHUTES COWTT MANNING COMMISSION:
At this time the Court, upon the recommendation of the Deschutes County
:Planning Commission, appointed Gary A. Scott as Secretary and Administrative Officer
of the Deschutes County Planning Commission,
IN THE MATTER OF
MINERAL MATERIALS PERMIT:
The United States of America granted permission to Deschutes County for a
period of 2 years to remove 75,000 cubic yards cinders for road construction and
maintenance from Wuksi Butte Pit in the NWJ of Sec. 15, To 21 S.R. 8 E.W.M.
IN THE MATTER OF PAYROLL
DEDUCTION FOR CREDIT UNION:
The Court authorized payroll deduction to the Central Oregon Federal Credit
Union for all Deschutes County employees who desire it.
IN THE MATTER OF BLAKLEI
HEIGHTS INTERIM ZONING ORDINANCE:
The Court decreed that the zoning in Blakley Heights shall be designated
as SR (Suburban Residential) with minimum lot size of 12,500 square feet and with a
minimum lot width of 100 feet; and further ordered that all provisions of Zoning
Ordinance #1 are to apply with exception of lot minimums and width.
IN THE MATTER OF AMENDED
SUBDIVISION REGM ATION:
Pursuant to a hearing held June 9, 1965, regulation of plats and subdivisions
was adopted.
IN THE. MATTER OF
P£RIT ROADS
The Court declared its intention to establish a road by Resolution, described
as follows $
A roadway 60= in width, being 30' in width each side of the center
line described as follows: Beginning at the quarter section corner
tetween Sections 4 & 9 of Tarp. 15 S.R.10 E.W.M. and running thence
S. 89°52:50'1 E. 2640.0 feet to the corner of Sections 3,4,9,10 of
Twp. 15 S.R. 10 E.W.M.
and ordered the Roadmaster to post copies of said Resolution. Hearing on Resolution
to be held July 16, 1965,

ACCESS ROADS:
The Court granted permission to construct access roads on or across
Deschutes County right-of-way to Dale McKeen and Donald Hudson.
IN 70 MATTER OF INSTALLATION
OF A GAS LINE:
The Court granted Cascade Natural Gas Company permission to install a
gas line across Northwest Market Roads
IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION
OF WATER PIPE LINES:
The Court granted permission to install water lines as follows
Keith Ramsay - 8" waterline across Bear Creek Road
Roats Ater System (W.E.Roats) - 20 water line across & along Blakley Road
George D. Leonard 2" water line across right-of-way in Sec. 4, Twp. 15 S.R. 10 Em
IN THE MATTER OF
MOVING A BUILDING:
The Court granted K. J. Holman permission to move a 124x 501 building on
Bear Creek Road and Torkelson Road to intersection of Torkelson Road with the Bend-
Burns Highway.
IN THE MATTER OF
CONSTRUCTION-FINANCE AGREEMENT:
The State Highway Commission and Deschutes County entered into a
construction finance agreement covering the Deschutes County Roads Oiling Project
on 10 F.AS-C Routes.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
