Loewen Frazer, conveying Section 14, Township 19 South, Range 15 E.W.M. for the sum of $3,092.48. IN THE MATTER OF BEER LICENSES The Court recommended that the application of Robert & Nettie Meiklejohn for a RMBB License be not granted. IN THE MATTER OF AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISALS: The Court signed a memorandum of agreement with the State Tax Commission for appraisal of Industrial Properties and Merchandise Inventory Checks. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF BOND: The Court ordered the $1600.00 check held for performance bond be refunded to Glenn Anderson covering work on roads in Woodland Second Addition to Woodland Park Homesites. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF RENTS The Court ordered the Treasurer to refund Louis Pavelich the sum of $300.00 erroneously accepted as rent on. Lot 15, Block 12, Lytle. IN THE MATTER OF PRIVATE ACCESS TO COUNTY ROAD: The Court granted B. W. Hathaway permission to install a private access on County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF RIVER LOOP ROAD t The Court made an order establishing River Loop Road. IN THE MATTER OF URBAN PLANNING ASSISTANCE: The Court made a Resolution requesting the State Board of Higher Education to provide planning assistance to be administered by the Bureau of Municipal Research and Service, University of Oregon. IN THE MATTER OF A BUDGET HEARING: The Court lowered personal services in the Sheriff's office $700.00; raised personal services of the Jail $2400.00 and added Zo the Deschutes County Planning Commission for Building Inspection an item of $3500.00. The Court raised the anticipated receipts in License and Fees resources to $5900.00. Thereupon the Deschutes County Budget as approved and amended was ordered accepted. - 4 - A 4 ' IN THE MATTER OF RE- SALE OF COUNT3C,-OWNED.PROFERTYs WHEREAS, Deschutes County, Oregon is the owner of the real property herein- after described and the County Court deems it for the best interest of.said County to sell this real property: THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, That the Sheriff be, and he hereby is, authorised and directed to sell the following described real property in the manner provided by law for not less than the minimum price set opposite each tract, plus cost of adver- tising and recording the deed.
