W. Hathaway to install private access on or -mumm Deschutes County right-of-way. A de- tailed aescription and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject tc the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Ccurt. ~a'ENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS N~oving , rules and regulations pertaining to the mo ' g of buildings. The permittee shall be uired to move the building on atic dollies evenly spaced so as to insure an even ht distribution, an operly shored so as to prevent collapse while in the process moving. T permittee shall be responsible for all traffic -,warnings to the traveling p ' , as may be necessarry to insure safe travel while li the process of moving th uil The permittee shall be required tc have at least two (2) pilot cars pped with sign e icting "Wide Load", and all the ate:°e^sary signs and fla at all intersections so to insure an even flow of the traffic and prevent ngestion. The permittee will be he directly responsible for =Z, and all d e to the existing pavement and shoulder areas, d will be required to repair id damage, or pay damages to Deschutes County for the ne sary repairs. If d ng the course of moving it is necessary to move bridge railing, th ermit- tee" shall be required to replace the railing to their original state. Private Access to County R a : The permittee will be required to construct the No culvert neceessary access at the sofest and most practical point of sntry, The size of the access must be noted on the map. If there is obvious need for a ;ulvert, the proper size and length must be determined, and also put on the r.a,p. The permittee will be responsible for the construction of the access and all the costs of the materials used in the access. If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress of future main- t.ainance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this installation at, his own expense. Deschutes County will asskme no responsibility for damage to said installation aL~ result of maintainwnee or construction. Failure of permittee to comply with performance of work will result in a change for work performed by Deschutes County.
