LICINSEs The Court approved the application of Rim Rods Riders for a dance hall license for dances to be held at Riau Rock Riders and Todd Meadows and ordered the Clerk to issue the license. IN THE MATER OF INVEST- MENT OF CaMNTY SNNPLUS.FUWSs At ths'time the Court ordered the County Treasurer to invest the surplus funds of the Court Mouse Expansion Fund,, the General Road Fund, and the County General Fund, in her custody, in such depository and at such rate of interest most advantageous to the County. IN THE MATTE OF REFUND Or. TAXESs The Court ordered the tax collector to make the following refunds for over- payment of taxes: Marion-E. Cady - $97.20; D. E. Erwin - $17.28; and H..John Daly $35.29. IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES COUNTY AND BUREAU OF.IAND NAMAGENNNT PROPZRTr ItCHANGEt There being no opposition to the proposed Deschutes County And Bureau of Iand Management exchange of lands at the hearing July 14th, 1965, the Court at this time ordered that the land exchange be so aids and that the deed be executed. Court orders that certain transfers be made. covering these overdrafts from any unexpended balance in the Deschutes County Road Fund.
