J. Holman to a 241 X 301 building on ar-across Deschutes County right-of-way. A de- t~.ilec description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of this sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICLLd~STTALLATIONS F r State Hwy. # 20 Fast on Erickson Road to e iioving f L-ild_ inns: The permittee shall be required to observe the following rules + and regulations pertaining to the moving of buildings. The permi.ttee shall be required to move the building on pneumatic dollies evenly spaced st as to insure an even weight distribution, and properly shored so as to prevent ccilapse while in the process of moving. The permittee shall be responsible for all *.r^fTic warnings to the traveling public, as may be necessarry to insure safe travel hile in t.,e process of moving the building. The permittee shall be required to have at least t,,o (2) pilit cars equipped with signs depicting "bride Load", and all the rec? eary signs and flagmen at all intersections so as to insure an even flow of the traffic and prevent congestion. The permittee will be held directly responsible for any and a-l damage to the_. existing pavement _and shoulder areas, and will be required to repair said damage, or pay damages to Deschutes County for the necessary repairs.. If during the course of moving it is necessary to move bridge railing, the permit- tee shall be required to replace the railing to their original state.
