The Court having made investigation and being advised
finds that certain county officials and departments have found it
necessary to overexpend their budget,-,classifications within their
budgets, and;
It appearing advisable that sufficient transfers be made
to cover such overdrafts;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that these transfers be made from
any General Fund budget classification with an unexpended balance.

that certain budget classifications within the Road Department Budget
have been over-expended, and;
It appearing advisable that transfers be made covering these
overdrafts;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that these certain transfers be made
from any unexpended balance in the Deschutes County Road Fund.

that $11,577.11 was the balance on hand on June 30, 1965 in the Land
Sales Fund, and;
In accordance with ORS 280.100 the Court desires to transfer
the balance of monies to the General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the amount in the sum
of X11,577.11 be transferred to the General Fund, and the County Treasurer
is hereby authorized and directed to invest such monies as are placed in
said fund under existing provisions of Oregon Law.

The Court having made investigation and finding that $75,658.67
was the balance on hand on June 30, 1965 in the Cash Working Fund, and;;
It appearing to the Court that according to the provision of
the local Budget Law this money should be transferred to the General Fund,
NOW, THEMOBE, IT IS HE1MY ORDERED that the amount in the sum
of $75,658.67 be transferred to the General Fund from the Cash Working
Fund and that the Deschutes County Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to keep such monies invested as are placed in said fund., under
existing provisions of Oregon Law. This made in accordance with
ORS 280.100.
