Fryrear, Deschutes County Treasurer, effective Sept. 1, 1965, IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES PLANNING COMMISSIONS At this time tree Court accepted the resignation of Hap Taylor as a member of the Deschutes Planning Coamission. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLING WATER LINE: The Court granted E. E. Burgess permission to install a 14" waster line across the Ogg Road. IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF ALLEY IN HARPER: Upon petition of Midstate Electric Cooperative, Inc. to^vat{e an alley f Y between Lots 1. thru 6 and the N. 7.50 feet of ?,ot 7, and Lots 21 thru 26 and the N. 7.50 feet of Lot 20, Harper, the Court ordered that a hearing be held upon said petition Oct. 6, 1965 at 10:00 A.M. and that'Noti.ce of said petition be posted in the manner prescribed by law. IN THE MATTER OF AMENDMENT TO INTERIM ZONING ORDINANCE: Pursuant to Deschutes County Ordinance #1, Sec. 136 and ORS 215.060, Notice, is hereby given of a hearing to be held on Sept. 16, 1965 in the County Cour Room at 9:00 A.M. to consider an amendment to the interim zoning ordinance for lands known as the Bend Industrial Tract.
