9-571-Order Recorded 8/16/1965IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter of Certain Platted Right-of-Ways in and Deeded ) Metts Subdivision) ORDER OF ESTABLISHMENT VOL 1 PAGE 5'~.~. BE IT REMEMBERED, That at a regular term of the County Court of Deschutes County, Oregon, begun and held at the County Court House in Bend is said County on Wednesday, the 21st day of July, 1965, the same being a regular term of said County Court sitting for the transaction of County business, at which time the Court legally by resolution proposed the establishment of a County Road. That on the said 21st day of July, 1965, the Court did consider that a pub- lic necessity existed for the establishment of said road hereinafter described, and did order that legal notice be given, appointing August 16, 1965, as the day of hearing on the establishment of the County Roads, the Timber Avenue and 22nd Place in the Metts Subdivision. And now at this time it appearing to the Court that due notice of this intention and this proceeding has been given as by law required for more than thirty (30) days preceding the day named in said resolution and said notice for a hearing hereon; and this being the date for hearing objections to such extabli shment, if any there be, and no one appearing; IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED That a County Road Shall be established known as Timber Avenue and 22nd Place and described in said resolution and by order herein as follows, to wit: The portions of those roads in the Metts Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof as on file in the office of the Deschutes County Clerk and recorded in Deed Book 112, Page 247, all in the Southwest Quarter (SW14-) of Section 20, Township 15 South, Range 13 E. W. M., Deschutes County, Oregon, and described as follows: That portion of Timber Avenue commencing at the Wells County Road, thence running West 1,000 feet more or less to and including the intersection with 22nd Place; thence running South along 22nd Place 600 feet more or less to the end of the Metts Subdivision. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That Aubrey Perry, County Surveyor, shall file a plat of said road, as surveyed on the ground, with the road records of Des- chutes County.
