This matter comirt before the Court' upon the petition of Vatid
poration, aski.4g permission to install a pipeline along and across a: count'
road right4-of-vay, the Court having made investigation axed being advised finds
as follows:
That it is necessary that the Ward Corporation be, and it is here
authorized to install ,a 6 inch pipeline along a county road; and a 6 Inch pipe-
line within a 12 inch pipeline across a coanty road, said pipeline to be laid
as follows:. From the south side: of Denham Road 30 feet east: of Farrell` Road
continuing east to the point Wheres Benham Road turns north, and continuing. to
the point where Benham toad turns west; continuing on the north side to the
poj,nt designated as the destination, as per attached map.
The permittee shall be responsible for any or all d mage to the
existing pavement; the shoulder area shall be graded and established tothe
grade and slope that exiisted before excavation was begcmt; haul and place cin-
ders on the shoulders as they existed before the excavation was began; any of
Or all pavement cuts shall be cut on a neat line with a. breaking hammer prior
to excavation and back filled with dirt with allowance for existing cinder base-
well compacted prior to:patching to the original state, before Oxcavation.
Deschutes County assumes no responsibility for'dama.ges to any,persons or prop-
erty as a :tetult,_df . this : opef'ation.:. The project must be properly signed to
warn the traffic of any or all hazards~ta the traveling public. All cleanup
and repair of any damages resulting from this €opexation shall; be to the (:om
plete satisfaction of the Deschutes County R oadmaster. All work pertaining too
this projedt shall be coMpl.ete4 in a reasonable time,, alleviating all traffic
hazards as soon as possii.b*.
