At this time the Court adopted an interim zoning ordinance for a certain area
one-half mile wide between the South City limits of Redmond and the Borth city limits
of Bend, being a quarter of a mile on each side of Highway 97.
The Court also adopted an interim zoning ordinance for a portion of Blakley
Heights lying West of Highway 97.
