J. Holman permission to move a 141x 301 x 171 building over Lower Bridge Market Road to Northwest Market Road and along Couch Market Road to the 't'weed Road. IN THE MATTE OF PRIVATE ACCESS: The Court granted W. C. Ramsey permission to construct a private access on the Stevens Road. IN THE MATTER OF DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY COUNTY JUDGE SECRETARY JANITOR TAX DEPUTY: The Court ordered -the Clerk to place Roy A. Babb on the monthly payroll as Assistant District Attorney at the rate of x.00 per month, commencing Oct. 11 1965. The Court further ordered the Clerk to place Laurabelle J. Boesch on the monthly payroll as Secretary to the County Judge at $300.00 per month beginning October 1, 1965. Half of her salary to come from the General Road Hind and half from the General Fund. The Court ordered the Clerk to place the name of Roy Omyer, Janitor, on the payroll @ x$100.00 per month beginning October 1, 1965, and that the name of Ruth Martin, Tax Deputy be placed on the payroll at $280.00 per month, beginning October 1, 1965. IN THE HATTER OF VACATION OF S'TREET'S & ALLEYS IN A PORTION OF LAIDLAw: The Court made a resolution to vacate all streets, avenues and alleys in La.i.dlaw lying South of the South boundary of eighth street and west of the Bend Sisters Highway except Strickley Avenue, Cook Avenue and Twelfth Street from Cook Avenue East to the east line of Laidlaw; the Court ordered that a hearing be held upon said resolution November 16, 1965 at 10:00 a.m. and that notice of said petition be posted in the manner prescribed by law. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO MOVE A BUILDING: The Court granted permission to Carl Spencer to move a building over Revere Street, on Studio Road to the Butler Market Road to the Denser Road to the terminating place. IN THE HATTER OF UAULING LOGS The Court granted permission to U.S. Forest Service to haul logs over Reservoir Road, commencing at the Forest Boundary in Sec (4) T 175, R. 11, E.w.IJI., thence through Secs. 33, 34 and 35 and 36 T16S, R11E, and Sec. 31, T163, R 12E to the intersection Highway 20, a distance of approximately 5.0 miles over county roads. IN THE 14AT`1'ER OF PIPE LINE: The Court granted Oermission to Roats ?,later System to install a 211 water line parallel and transversing the Parrell County Road. IN THE TViATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: The Court ordered Sheriff F. C. Sholes as Tax Collector to refund the amount of $24.02 to the Swordbearers Inc., Box 344, Sisters, Oregon as the Oregon State Tax Conmdssion cancelled the personal property assessment for 1964-65 tax roll. -4- IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTMENT TO DESCHUTES COUNTY EQUALIZATION BOARD: At this date, Oct. 4, 1965, George F. Baker, Commissioner, and Lyman C. Johnson, Advisory Budget Board member, appointed Jess Yardly as the freeholder member of the Deschutes County Board of Equalization. IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTMENT TO COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION! The Court at this time appointed William Eskew of Terre- bonne to fill the unexpired term of George McKinnon on the Desc.
