The Court approved the application of Frank Vautier fora license to wreck
motor vehicles.
IN THE MATTER OF LEASING
COUNTY OWNED LANDS:
The Court executed a lease with Langston D. Fisher et ux covering the SE4, SE4NE4s
Sec. 6; *SE4, SE4SW4, NW4SE49 Sec. 7; and WJNE4, NJSE4f Sec. 8, Twp. 14 S.R. 11 E.W.M.
being 520 acres at 50 per.acre, payable $26.00 annually and terminating Dec. 31, 1969.
(Transfer of Lease from Rimrok Industries, Inc.).
IN THE MATTER OF
REFUND OF TAXES;
The Court ordered the Tax Collector to make the following refmids for over-
payment of taxes:
