No. 5 conveying Block 52, Hillman. IN THE MATTER OF LEASING COUNTY OWNED LANDS: The Court signed the following leases: W. R. Mayfield NW:'INE4, Sec. 15, Twp. 15 S.R. 13 E.W.M. Parable $5.00 annually- Term Jan. 1, 1964 to Dec. 31, 1968; Ralph H. Cake, SW-SE-4, Sec. 23, Twp. 17 S.R. 11 E.W.M. payable $5.00 annually--Term Jan. 1, 1961 to Dec. 31, 1966. IN THE MATTER OF LIQUOR LICENSE: The Court recommended. that the application of Wm. H. Wren et ux dba Cultus Resort for a Class A Dispenser's License be not granted. IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES COUNTY FAIR BOARD: The Court at this time appointed the folloiiirg; members cn the Fair Board: Ellis Edgington - 2 yr, term ending; Apr. 1, 1966; Priday Holmes - 2 yr. term ending Jan. 1, 1967; Lowell Hirtzel - 3 yr. term ending Jan. 1, 1968; and Roy Newell - 3 yr. term ending Jan. 1, 1967. IN THF MATTER OF CURFEW ORDINANCE: The Court adopted an ordinance of curfew for minors under the age of 18 years. IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF A PORTION OF PLAT OF DESCHUTES RIVER WOODS: The Court granted the vacation of a portion of the plat of Deschutes River Woods pursuant to petition heretofore filed. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO INSTALL A ROAD APPROACH : The Court granted a permit to George P. Hanna.to install a road approach .2 miles South of Powers Road intersection on the E. side of Parrell Road. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLATION OF WATER LINES: The Court granted Charles Warner and Mize Plumbing & heating permission to install water lines on or across Deschutes County right-of-ways.
