This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is re-~Tocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS Tnsta.lling Pipe Line Parallel:. All pipe lines running - - (Type) parallel with the road shall be in the existing ditch line, or no less than three (j) feet from the edge of the existing pavement edge. All pipe lines must be in- sta_=?_,9 to a depth to be no less than two (2) feet and.properly back-filled to the oril;iri,?l grade line and. with no obstructions to the drainage area. The pcrmittce shall be required to move the building on pneumatic dollies evenly spaced. sn as to insure an even weight distribution, and properly shored so as to prevent collapse while in the process of moving. The permittee shall be responsible for all tra:"'c warnings to the traveling public, as may be necessary to insure safe travel i.n t'Qe process of moving the building. The permittee shall be required. to have t aoa,ct two (2) pilot cars equipped with signs depicting "aide Load", and all the rccc:-sary signs and flagmen at all intersections so as to insure an open flow of the troi.Y-- and prevent congestion. The permittee will be held directly responsible for any or all duTnage to the existing pavement and shoulder areas, and will be required. to re-oair said damage, or pay damagos to Deschutes County for the necessary repairs.
