A permit is granted by Deschutes County to: George P. Hanna
to!install a road approach on or across Deschutes County right-of-way, A de-
to'L.-_ed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of
'b._s sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is
re-~Tocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS
Tnsta.lling Pipe Line Parallel:. All pipe lines running

parallel with the road shall be in the existing ditch line, or no less than three
(j) feet from the edge of the existing pavement edge. All pipe lines must be in-

and regulations pertaining to the moving of buildings. The
pcrmittce shall be required to move the building on pneumatic dollies evenly spaced.

collapse while in the process of moving. The permittee shall be responsible for all

for a culvert, the proper size and length must be determined, and also put on the
rnap~ The permittee will be responsible for the construction of the access and all
the costs of the materials used in the access.
If at any time this installation in any way impcd.es the progress of future main-
tainance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this installation
at ri.s own expense. Deschutes County will assume no res)onsibility for damage to
said insta.llati3n as result of maintainance or construction. Failure of permittee
to conlDly with pcrfermanec of work will result in a charge for work performed. by
