A permit is granted by Deschutes County to: Ta_ze Plumbing & Heating
Install 3/411 yTater Line on or across Deschutes County right-of-way. A de-
tailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of
th_.s :sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is
re,Tocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS

to insure neat finish cut lines. All pipe lines shall be installed to a depth

fill t,e trench in such a manner as to guarantee a well compacted, stabilized sub.-
base prior to paving. The pavement must be replaced to its original line, crown,
and ~--roq with an asphalt mixture to conform with the surrounding road bed, The
