A de- tailed description and map of this operation must be provided on the reverse side of th_.s :sheet. This permit is subject to the following general specifications and is re,Tocable at any time upon written notice by the Deschutes County Court. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR INSTALLATIONS 7n.^t^lli>> _Pipe Line Paral'el: - All pipe lines running (Type) parallel with the road shall be in the existing ditch line, or no less than three :i~et from the edge of the existing pavement edge. All pipe lines must be in- stal=Lea to a depth to be no less than two (2) feet and. properly back-filled to the ^rig-?ri~,1 grade line end. with no obstructions to the drainage area. Permittee shall bo .~,snonsible for any or all damages to the existing pavement, and shoulders or cther object-3 c:r areas within the right-of-way„ nst_1l1ng Pipe Line Transverse- 3/411 Water Line All pipe line installations ~ (Type) 1aj:, "ransversely to the road bed or right-of-way shall be installed in the following rues; All pavement cuts prior to excavation shall be made with a breaking hammer to insure neat finish cut lines. All pipe lines shall be installed to a depth no loss t_-an two (2) feet below the existing roadside ditch elevation, In all r, se. where a water line is installed. in a transverse direction the water pipe must be ins'"al:!od.TJHEin a larger pipe which size shall be no less than six (6) inches in c.i: otc>r, E.c'tifilling and Paving: The permittee shall be required to properly back- fill t,e trench in such a manner as to guarantee a well compacted, stabilized sub.- base prior to paving. The pavement must be replaced to its original line, crown, and ~--roq with an asphalt mixture to conform with the surrounding road bed, The are,. of installation must be kept smooth for the traveling public at all times.
