IN THE MATTER OF PARTICIPATION IN FEDERAL PLANNING PROGRAM: Me Court ;trade a resolution requesting State Board of Higher Education to provide pla cling assistance to be administered by the Bureau of IVItulicipal Rtaearch alld Service, University of Oregon, with such financial assistance as xuiy be provided by the Hous:in,' and Have Finance Agency under authorit,r of Sec. 701 of the IIo1.ai~ Pict of 1954, as amended; and subject to approval authorized payiuent to State Board of Higher Education of a suin not to exceed $7000.00.
