IN THE MATTER OF LEASE
FOR COUNTY OL4NED LANDS:
The Court leased Deschutes River Ranch that portion :west of they Riley Road
in the SW4NE4, Sec. 6, Tk,T- 17 S.R. 12 E.W.H, for the sum of $5.00. Term of lcase;
Apr. 1 to Dec. 31, 1964.
IN THE MATTED OF AGRMTiENT
TO E:CHANGE PROPERTY:
H. J. Curl agrees to convey to Deschutes County all that portion of Lots 10,
11 & 12, Block 34, lying east of Bend Sisters Highway, Laidlaw Towrsite and Deschutes
County agrees to convey to H. J. Curl Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12, Block 35, Laidlaw.
It is agreed that Curl has removed. gravel from County owned property amounting to
$1200.00, which sulai shall be :deducted from the amount the Coutity owes H. J. Curl for
purchase of crushed rock.
