County Road used and traveled as such for more than thirty (30) years
commencing at a point on the Dalles-California Highway (1926 Establish-
meat) North 530 461 East a distance of 721.90 feet from the Southwest
corner (STET) of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NEk)
of Section 20s Township 17 South,'Range 12 East of the Willamette
Meridian, thence North 180 371 East for 1285.4 feet
thence North 780 551 East for 18947 feet,
thence South 770 34t East for 330.7 foot,
thow* North 500 28' East for 116.4 feet,
thence North 400 36,1 East for '183.1 feet,
thence North 10 271 West for 394.7 feet,
thence North l0 501 East for 196.7 foot,
to the termination, said road to be 40 feet in width; are hereby notified
that the County Court will, at its next term$ hear and deteradne whether
the road herein described shall be ordered as. a lawful county road
and public highway; and objections thereto must be filed in the office of
the county clerk of this county on or before s.~ 4t c ^1 s 19b
or the road hereinabove described will be declared a county road and
public highway.

duly sworn, depose, and say that on May 21., 1964" I gave notice of the
County Court`t's intention to establish the Nets Anderson Road., Deschutes
County., Oregon., by posting four (4) copies of the attached."Notice of
hegalization" at the following places,'to-wit: One notice posted on the
bulletin board in the entrance to the County Court House; one posted on
a power pole on the East side of the righto4of-way line near the inter-
section of the above mimed road with the Dalles•-California HighNay
(1926 establishment); one posted on a fence post on the Northwest side
of the right-of-way line midway through the project; and one posted on
a 12 inch Juniper on the West `side of the right-ofoway line near the
end of the project,
