PROPERTY: The Court made a resolution to exchange properties with Oliver Jones and the Clerk was ordered to publish notice of such intention. IN THE MATTM OF LFDALIZING COUNT7r ROADS: The Court ordered Notices of Legalization of the following roads posted: Hamilton Road & Westerly Extension, Camp Creek Road, Edmundson Road, Harper Townsite Market Read and Carl. Baker Road. Any objections thereto to be filed on or before duly 1, 1964. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO BURN do REKOVE OLD CAR BODIES FROM NEQUS PIT: The Court granted FArl Hayes permission to burn and remove from the Negus Pit old oar bodies. - 2 - 9 "Au 121 IN THE MA TTER OF i REFUND OF TAXE8t The Court ordered the Tax Collector to refund Lee E, Leiker $40.78 for payment of taxes on wrong property. IN THE MATTER OF PIPLTNEs The Court granted Cecil Standiford a permit to install a pipe line across County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLING GAS LINES. REE[7 MARKET 1RAAD s The Court granted Cascade Natural Gas permission to install 3/1:4" and 2" gas lines across Deschutes County right-of-way. IN THE MATTER OF SPRING RIM ACRES #2s The'Court at this time ordered a refund of the Performance Bond posted for Spring River Acres #2. The Court adjourned until May 22, 1964. IN THE HATTER OF EXCHANGE OF PROPERTYs The Court met for hearing on exchange of property with School Dist. No. 1 of Bend at 10:00 A.M. May 22nd in the County Court Roan. No one attended the hearing except members of the Court and the Court therefore unanimously recommended the Order for Exchange. The Court not for hearing on exchange of property with H. J. Curl at 200 P.M. May 22nd in the County Court Room, No one appeared to contest the exchange and the Court unanimously voted an Order for exchange. There being no further business Court adjourned.
