County right-of-way.

The Court granted Cascade Natural Gas permission to install 3/1:4" and 2" gas
lines across Deschutes County right-of-way.

The'Court at this time ordered a refund of the Performance Bond posted for
Spring River Acres #2.
The Court adjourned until May 22, 1964.
IN THE HATTER OF EXCHANGE
OF PROPERTYs
The Court met for hearing on exchange of property with School Dist. No. 1
of Bend at 10:00 A.M. May 22nd in the County Court Roan. No one attended the hearing
except members of the Court and the Court therefore unanimously recommended the Order
for Exchange.
The Court not for hearing on exchange of property with H. J. Curl at 200 P.M.
May 22nd in the County Court Room, No one appeared to contest the exchange and the
Court unanimously voted an Order for exchange.
There being no further business Court adjourned.
