All persons interested in or concerned with that portion of the
County Road used and traveled as such for more than thirty (30) years
commencing at appoint on the George Murphy Road approximately 600 feet
south from the east quarter corner of Section 17, Township 18 South,
Range 12 East of the Willamette. Meridian; thence northerly and west-
erly following the course of the existing road to a termination in
the Da 2os-Zalifomia Highway at or near a point 700 feet, more or
less, south and 720 feat, more or less, west of the north quarter
corner of said Section 17, said road to be forty (40) feet in width
from the point of beginning to the point of intersection with the
Parrell Road (Old Dalles-California Highway) and sixty (60) feet in
width from the intersection with the Parrell Road to the intersection
of the right of way of the Dallas-40ifornia,Highway; are hereby
notified that the County Court will, at its next tamp hear and deter-
mine whether the road herein described shall be ordered as a lawful
county road and,public highway; and objections thereto must be filed
in the office of the county clerk of this county on or before
196 4, or the road herainabove described
will be declared a county road and public highway.

County Courtts intention to establish the HAMILTON ROADP Deschutes County,
Oregon, by posting'four(4) copies.'of the attached "Notice of Legalization"
at tho following places, to«-wit: One notice posted on a fence post on
the east right-of-way line 600 feet, more or less, south of the east
quarter corner of Section 17,. Township 18,South, Range 12 East of the
Willamette Meridian; one posted on a 10 inch Pine tree midway through
the project; and one posted on a power pole on the northeast side of.the
junction to the said road with the palles-California Highway (U. S. #97)
near the north quarter corner of koction 17 `Township 18 South, Range 12
East of the Willamette Meridian. One notice posted on the bulletin board
in the entrance of the County Court House,
