It appearing that the County Treasurer has certified that the amount of
$22,620.00 will be necessary to pay interest upon the 1550,000.00 bond issue of School
Dist. No. 2, the Court, therefore, orders that a tax be-ilevied on all taxable property
of School Dist. No. 2 in the amount of $22,620.00 and the County Assessor is hereby
directed to extend upon the assessment roll of the County a tax levy of $22,620.00 in
addition to the tax levied by the District School Board of School Dist. No. 2 for the
fiscal year 1961-65.

CERTIFICATE OF COUNTY TREASURER
TO: THE COUNTY COURT OF DESCHUTES COUNTYr OREGON:
Ip MAY D. FRYREAR, County Treasurer of Deschutes County,
State of Oregon, hereby certify that on June 1, 1964, SCHOOL DIS-
TRICT NO. 2 of DESCHUTES COUNTY.0 OREGON, sold $550,000.00 in bonds,
maturing in installments as follows: $10,000.00 on the lst day of
December, 1966, and $36,000.00 on the lst day of December in the
years 1967 to 1981, inclusive, and said bond issue has been regis-
tered in my office and has been paid for by the UNITED STATES NATIONAL
BANK OF OREGON, and BLYTH & CO.r INC., the original purchasers thereof.
Attached to said bonds are interest coupons and in the
fiscal year 1964-65, interest coupons on said bond issue in the amount
of $18,850.00 will be due and payable, being one-half of said sum on
the 1st day of December, 1964, and one-half of said sum on the lst
day of June, 1965.
I further certify that a copy of the School District
Budget and Tax Levy is on file in my office and no tax was levied by
the District School Board for the payment of the interest on the above
bond issue.
I further certify that because of delinquencies and un-
collected taxes, a tax levy twenty per cent in excess of the interest
due should be made upon all taxable property ofsaid school district.
I certify to the County Court that the amount of $22,620.00
should be levied to pay the 1 terest on the bond issue aforesaid.
