IN THE MATTER OF BEER LICENSE: The court approved the application of John R. Turner et tax dba Hub Grocery for a PA license. IN THE MATTER OF LEGALIZINQ COUNTY ROADS t This being the tize for hearing and there being no objections, the following roads were ordered legalized: Nels Anderson Road, Chris Harry Road, Ryan Road, Bend- Deschutes Market Road and the Hamehook Road. IN THE MATTER OF TRANS'F'ER OF WATER RIGHTS TUKALO IRRIG. DIST. The Court made a resolution that 2.8 water right on NEJSW4, Sec. 6, Twp. 17, Range 12 E.W.M. be released for transfer to other properties at the discretion of the Tuaalo Irrigation District. IN THE MATTER OF TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF TIE WIG41UP ROAD #217: The Court made a resolution and order conveying to the United States of America a strip of land 50: in width in Sec. 23, Twp. 21 S,R. 9 E.W.M. which easement deed is 2 recorded in Vol 137 on page 87.
