Curtiss A. Adams for double payment of taxes,

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEKENTs
The Court entered into an agreement with the Oregon Mate Tax Commission,
whereby the Tax Commission shall provided qualified personnel during the 1961-65
fiscal year for appraisal of Industrial properties and Merchandise Inventory Checks.
The cost of which will be based upon man-,days of service rendered and divided between
the County and Tax Commission .
IN THE MATTER OF
TRANSFER OF FUND :
The Court ordered the County Treasurer to transfer $17,493.05 to the
General Fund from the Land Sales Fund.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
