of ORDER
Access to Burgess County Road
A permit is granted by Deschutes County to Glenn A. Anderson to construct
an access across a Deschutes County right--of-way. A detailed description and map
of this operation is provided with this order.. This permit is subject to the
following general specifications and is revocable at any time upon written notice
by the Deschutes County Court.
The permdttee will be required to construct the access at the safest and
most practical point of entry. The size of the access must be noted on the map.
If there is obvious need for a culvert, the proper size and length must be doter-
mined, and also put on the map There is, however, no culvert required for this
access. The peiAttee will be responsible for the construction of the access qnd
all the costs of the materials used in the access,
If at any time this installation in any way impedes the progress of future
maintainance or construction, the permittee will be required to move this intal-
lation at his own expense. Deschutes County will assume no responsibility fbr
damage to said installaation as result of maintainance or construction. Failure
of permittee to comply with performande of work will result Lnasa, change for work
by Deschutes County.
