The Court grantir_e rermission, the fol.lowin~7, s>_)ecifications ap ly: All

no less than three (3) feet from the ed7e of the existing pavement edge. All
pipe lines must be installed to a depth to be no less than two (2) feet and
properly back-filled to the ori.-ina.l grade line and b,J-th no obstructions to the
drainage area. Permittee shall be responsible for any or all damages to t}.e
exi.stin, pavement, and shoulders or other objects or areas within the riL'ht-of-
,,,ay.
If at any time this installation in any way impedes the profrress of future
maintainance or construction, the nermittee s,,-71 be reaui.red to move this in-
stal-Lation at his own exuense. Deschutes County trill assume no responsibility for
darria?e to said installation as result of maint.ai.nance or construction. Failure
of permittee to comnly* with performance of work 1rri.11 result in a. charge for work
rerf.'ormed by Leschutes Coi:nty.
