of $22.50 per hour. The Court
appointed F. C. Shepard. as the duly authorized assiutant
to the representative of
Desc.hutee County in the administration of the abundant food program at no salary for
the year 1964.

The Court ordered the Treasurer to refund the performance bond in the
amount of $1000.00 on the Meadowview Estates.
IN THE MA TTER OF
REFUND OF TAXES:
The Court ordered the Tax Collector to refund the stem of $85.61 to Equitable
Savings & Loan for double payment of taxes.
IN THE MATTER OF CON-
^TRUCTING PRIVATE ACCESS:
The Court granted Herbert Riley permission to construct a private access
on or across a Deschutes County right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF IN-
STALLING WATER LINE:
The Court granted W. E. Roats permission to install a 2" water line on or
across a Deschutes County right-of-way.
IN THE MATTER OF REESOLUTIONS
TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROADS:
The Court signed resolutions for establisbing the following roads:
Cultus Lake, Road Forest No. 2025; McCoin Road; Lindh Road; West Reindeer Avenue and
20th Street.
The Court set Sept. 8, 1964 as the time for considering any objections whic.'i
may be filed on account of the proposed road, and ordered the Roadmaster to. post
notices of such resolutions.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
