"LITTLE ALLEN" SCHOOL BUILDING:
The Court granted Kenneth J. Holman permission to move the "Little Allen"
School building over and across certain Deschutes County Roads.

At this time A. M. Turner appeared before the Court for a decision on the
purchase of a neighboring hO acre tract. The Court did not make a decision, but

This matter coming before the Court upon the petition of the Bonneville
Power Administration, asking permission for surveyors from the Bonneville Power
Administration to enter property in Deschutes County, Oregon for the purpose of
'raking .a survey for a transmission line. This is designated as Temp. T.O.D. No.
T-AC-PB-Cal-', 9, 11 & 16, and the property to be entered is described as follows:
Section 14 and the SL of 36, Township 19S, Range 15 E. W. FT., and the N2 of Section
71 18, the, N~ of 19 and the NW-,'r- of Section 20 of Township 20S, Range 16 E. W. Y
The Court having made investi ation and finding the above to be a reasonable
request find,
