IN THE 12A?TTER OF FRI'IAT7 ACCESS APIMOAC.R: The Court granted Kenneth Mathers permission to :onstruct a private access on or across a Deschutes County right-of-way. The Court also granted H.G.K. Inc. permj.ssion to construct an access on or across County right•of-Tway. IN THE MA TM OF ,MOVING "LITTLE ALLEN" SCHOOL BUILDING: The Court granted Kenneth J. Holman permission to move the "Little Allen" School building over and across certain Deschutes County Roads. - 2 - IN THE HATTER OF PURCHASE OF COUNTY. LAND: At this time A. M. Turner appeared before the Court for a decision on the purchase of a neighboring hO acre tract. The Court did not make a decision, but promised further study,. This is designated as Temp. T.O.D. No. T-AC-PB-Cal-', 9, 11 & 16, and the property to be entered is described as follows: Section 14 and the SL of 36, Township 19S, Range 15 E. W.
