IN THE MATTER OF LEASING
COUNTY OWNED LANDS:
The Court leased Fred H. Davis 7,755.67 acres in.Township 21, Range 19 and 20
at 5¢ per acre, payable $387.7S annually. Term of lease from Aug. 7, 1964 to Aug. 7,
1965.
IN THE MATTER OF IN-
STALLING GAS LINES:
The Court granted Cascade Natural Gas Co. permission to install 2" and
lines on or across Studio Road & Butler Market Road.
IN THE MATTER OF
MOVING BUILDINGS:
The Court granted the Holman Transfer Co. permission to move buildings on or
across Deschutes County right.-of-Way.
IN THE MATTER OF ACCESS TO
NORTH INDUSTRIAL SITE:
The Court at this time voted to ask the assistance of State Highway Engineer
for estimates in providing access to the North Industrial site off of Boyd Acres Road.
IN THE MATTER OF IMPROVE14ENT OF
DORFLANCE MEADOW & DAY ROADS:
The Court at this time voted for the improvement of the Dorrance Meadow and
Day Roads.
IN THE MATTER OF
LOG HAULING PERMIT:
The Court agreed to permit Brooks Scanlon to haul logs over the Matson Road.
Loan limit not to exceed 76,000 pounds.
IN THE MATTER OF
RENTAL OF LIBRARY SPACE:
The Court decided upon a rental fee of $115.00 per month for rental of Library
space to School District No. 1. The School District to provide their own janitor service.
IN THE' NATTER OF IMPROVEMENT
0^ FAIR GROUNDS:
The Court at this time instructed the Roadmaster to- provide 10 loads of dirt
for the Deschutes County Fair and to provide an oiled road for the Fair Grounds.
IN THE MATTER OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY PUBLIC WELFARE COMMISSION:
The Court at this tirne appointed Mrs. F. A. Starkey, 03 F. Revere, Bend, to
the Deschutes County Public Welfare Commission to fill the unexpired term of Ken
Munkres of Redmond, who resigned.
There being no further business, Court adjourned.
