This matter comdng before the Court upon the petition of
Frank Thompson, 1219 Baltimore, Bend,
And the Court being advised, agrees as follows:
That the said Frank Thompson is granted peiTiission to raze the
County-owned building on the north half (W-) of Lot 6, Block 19, Highland
Addition, Bend, Oregon.
It is further agreed that Frank Thompson shat leave the above-
named premises clean and neat upon the completion of the razing of the
building or the above-named property.
It is further agreed that Descr:utes County is not liable for
damsges of any nature, during or after the razing of the above-named
Counter building.
