and there being no one in attendance at the public hearCng held in the
Deschutes County Court Room on the 7th day of October., 1964, duly- adver-
tised,
And the Court bein- advised and having made inspection of the
L:bove road, makes this final determination:
The Court finds that it is in the public interest that the
above-named road be and hereby i s esBblishe, and that the field notes,
plat and profile be recorded as proofs of the establishment and lawful
existence of a county road and public highway, in accordance with ORS
368.605.
