IN THE HATTER OF TRANSFER OF FONDS: The Court ordered the transfer of $1650.00 from the General Fend to the Deschutes County Civil Defense Fund (non-tax). IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TA7CES s The Court ordered the Tax Collector to make the following refunds for overpayment of taxes and taxes paid on wrong property: Stacy 0. Nesbitt et ux dba LaPine Inn - RSA IN THE HATTER OF ELECTION BOARDS AND POLLING PLACES: The Court ordered the Clerk to pay the Election Boards at the rate of $1.00 per hour and $20.00 per polling place. VOL 9 PACE 264 IN THE MATTER OF DAY ROAD: r The Court made a resolution declaring its intention to establish the Day Road. The Roadmaster was ordered to post true copies of said Resolution notifying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be considered and passed upon by this Court at a meeting on the 7th day of December, 1964. IN THE MATTER OF DORRA NCE MEADW ROAD : The Court made a resolution declaring its intention to establish the Dorrance Meadows Road. The Roadmaster was ordered to post copies of said Resolution notifying all persons concerned that said Resolution will be considered and passed upon by this Court at a meeting on the 7th day of December, 1964.
