This matter coming before the Court upon the petition of F. C.
Sholez as Tax Collector and Stacy 0. Kilmer, and,
It appearing to the Court that an overpayment of taxes has been
made on property, and,
It appearing to the Court that it is necessary to refund the amount
so overpaid,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, pursuant to Chapter 806., Oregon Revised
Statutes, that F. C. Sholes as flax Collector refund the amount of $18.26.
