$160.00 cash, balance in quarterly payments of $80.00 each at
6% int. commencing March 11, 1965
E. L. Nielsen et ux - Lot 5, Block 16, Bend Park Add. to Bend - $2275.00, payable
$455.00 cash, balance in monthly payments of $75.84 at 6% int.
commencing January 11, 1965.
Lowell A. Cronen et ux - Lot 1, Block 22 and Lots 1 thru 5, Block 23, Riverside -
$1050.00, payable $210.00 cash, balance in monthly payments of
$35.00 each at 6% int. commencing January 11, 1965.

LICENSE AS A WRECKER OF MOTOR VEHICLES:
The Court approved the following applications for licenses to wreck motor
vehicles:

The Court approved the following applications for beer licenses:

IN THE MATTER OF CARE-
TAKER AT HUMANE CENTER:
The Court at this time asked the Dog Control Board to hire Janet O'Donnell
as caretaker at the Humane Center at the rate of $2.00 per day, to be paid from the
Dog License Fund, in effect Jan. 1, 1965.
IN THE MATTER OF
WILT ROAD:
Upon inquiry of Fred Ramsay, the Court verified that the Wilt Road is a County
road.
IN THE MATTER OF
REFUND OF TAXES:
The Tax Collector was ordered to refund the sum of $93.75 to Pacific First
Federal Savings and Loan for payment of taxes on wrong property.
The Clerk was ordered to refund Con Guiney the sum of $64.87 for taxes paid
on lands erroneously deeded to him.
IN THE MATTER OF REPRESENTATION
OF THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS:
Mrs. John Stenkamp was present for the Court session, representing the League
of Women Voters.
