ROAD Sisters ) Be It Remembered., that at a term of the Deschutes County Court, begun and held at the County Court House in Bend, in said County on Wednes day, the 3rd day of Febrearfp 1965, and continued from day to day thereafter to and including the date of this resolution, the same being a terra of said County Court sitting for the transaction of 'County business, and at *dch time said Court may, by resolution, propose any County road, the following, among other proceedings was had, t©—wit: WMRW;, it is hereby considered that a public necessity exists for the establishment of the road 'hereafter described, said Court does here by declare its intention to 'establish a County road in Deschutes County, Oregon, by resolution, described along'the center line thereof as follows, to Witt A strip -of land for road purposes `sixty. (60) feet in tai 5tth., being thirty (30) feet on each side of a center Line demoribed as follows: Beginning at the corner of Sections 54 4, 8, 9 of Township 15 South, Range 10-E, W. M. and running thence N to Olt,W 3059.8 feet;, NOW, THEREORB, IT IS 'HEREBY ORDERED, That the County Roadmeter or his duly qualified deputy, shall give notice of this resolution by posting trove copies thereof, properly certifiedto as such by the County Clerk, at the place of holding County Court and also at three public places in the vicinity of said proposed road thirty days previous to the consideration of this resolution by the County Court, notifying all persons concerned that said resolution will be considered and passed upon by this Court at A 'meeting on the 5th day of March, 1965, at which time the Court will consider any ob— jections or remmstrances which may be filed on account of said proposed road.
