IN THE MATTER OF INSTALLING GAS, LINE: .The Court at this time granted a permit to Cascade Natural Gas to in- stall a two inch (211) gas line on and across a Deschutes County right-of--ways this being Black Butte Blvd., Redmond, Oregon. IN THE MATTER OF MICATION OF A PUBLIC SAD: The Court at this time dedicated two public: roads, in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 368.546, and at the regmst of North Century Seven In- corporated, these roads being located in Township 18 South, Range 11 East W.
