BIDS FOR COUNTY FUEL:
Tile Court, requested the County Cleric to notify the Oil Distributbrg of
Descutes County that bi.d, will be opened for the County's fuel needs on February 6,
at 10 A.M. Thr Court asks prices on approx. 100,000 gallons of gas; approx. 35,000
gallons of diesel and approx. 250 barrels of light domestic fuel oil.

The Court declared its intention to establish a County road in Deschutes
Co"Luity, Oregon, by resolution, described as follows:
A stri of land for a County Road across the NjSInT-4 Sec. 161
Tu,p. S., Range 1,3 E.W.M. being 70' in width and being; 35'
on each side of a center line, and being part of "C" Ave. of
the town of Terrebonne, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center of "C" Ave. on the west side
of Main Street which is the Dalless-California Highway on the
center between Block 86 and 87 of said Terrebonne and running
the;ace due West. 2,510' along the canter of "C" Ave. to tine
east lime of the Hall. Road,,
and the Roadraaster was ordered -to post notices of said Resolution setting Feb. 20,
1963 as the tl ae for hearing any objections thereto.
