Thr Court asks prices on approx. 100,000 gallons of gas; approx. 35,000 gallons of diesel and approx. 250 barrels of light domestic fuel oil. IN THE MA TTFTi OF ESTABLI MENT OF A COUN12'Y ROAD: The Court declared its intention to establish a County road in Deschutes Co"Luity, Oregon, by resolution, described as follows: A stri of land for a County Road across the NjSInT-4 Sec. 161 Tu,p. S., Range 1,3 E.W.M. being 70' in width and being; 35' on each side of a center line, and being part of "C" Ave. of the town of Terrebonne, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of "C" Ave. on the west side of Main Street which is the Dalless-California Highway on the center between Block 86 and 87 of said Terrebonne and running the;ace due West. 2,510' along the canter of "C" Ave. to tine east lime of the Hall.
