IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF A PLATTED STREET AND PLATTED ALLEI: At this time the Coast made a resolution of its intention to vacate the following described street and alleys All of Bruce Avenue between third and fourth streets; and the alley in block 11 between third and fourth streets in the Townsite of Laidlaw. Tle Court ordered notices of the Resolution posted and set the hearing for objections on Wednesday, May 152 1963, at ten o'clock A.M. IN THE MATTER. OF BEER LICENSES: The Court approved the application of Reginald M. Ranyard et ex dba Fall River Resort for a EM License, There being no farther business, Court adjourned.
