This matter being before the Court upon the petition of Robert Coates,
Bend, Deschutes County, Oregon, and it appearing that that portion of the Ovid
;y°d.B. Riley County Road. Described below is a County Road.
And it further appearing that the said described portion of this road
is impractical for use.
TP IS MR. FORE HEREBY RESOLVED That it is the intention of the County
Court to vacate the following described portion of the Ovid VI.B. Riley Road.
All of that portion of the Ovid U.B. Riley Road lying in the N.E.;
N.E. of Section 29, Township 17, Range 12 E.W.M. lying East of the Dalles
California Highway, 1961 allignment; lying South of the Dalles California
Highway, 1920 location: and lying North of the North Unit Canal right of way.
IT IS =; THEREFORE ORDERED That copies of this Resolution, duly
certified to by the County Clerk, shall be posted three'(3,) places along the
tract to be vacated and that a copy be posted upon the Bulletin Board in the
entrance of the County Court house; That Wednesday Kay 15, 1963 at 10 o'clock
a.m. in the County CourtrooiA at Bend, Oregon, be and the same is hereby affixed
as the tipe and place for the hearing of objections, if any there be, why said
parcel should not be vacated as a part of the road right of way.
