Reed dba Paulin Lake Lodge - RMBB Elk Lake Lodge, Inc. - RMBB IN THE MATTER. OF DANCE HALL LICENSE: At this time the Court approved the application of Terrebonne Grange for a dance hall license and instructed the clerk to issue the license. IN THE MATTER OF SALARY OF COUNTY COURT AND ROADMASTER'S STENOGRAPHER: The Court instructed the Clerk to put William Penhollow on the monthly pay- roll at $241.66 per month as stenographer for the County Court and County Roadmaster. IN THE MATTER. OF THE ORGANIZATION OF CLOVERDALE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: Upon petition of certain property owners, the Court ordered a hearing on the matter of the formation of a rural fire protection district to be known as the Cloverdale Rural Fire Protection District, to be held in the County Court Room of the Deschutes County Court House,_in Bend, Oregon, on May 17, 1963, at 2:00 o3clock P 01A. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO ERECT A SIGN ON A COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY: The County granted the United States Forest Service permission to erect a sign at the following location: Deschutes County Road right of way in NW- NWT14, Sec. 23, T. 17 S.R. 12 E.W.M. on the NW corner of the access road.Junc:tion to the Bend Pine Nursery, approximately 1300 feet east and 1300 feet south of the Northwest corner of Sec. 23. IN THE NATTER OF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS AGREEMENT: At this time the County of Deschutes and the City of Redmond entered into an agreement to operate a cooperative, non-profit communications system, The Base Station transmitting equipment is to be owned by and operated by Deschutes County, facilities of which shall be made available to the City of Redmond.
