Exp. 14,30 Jed Wilson & Son Aggregate & Asphalt 3,506.40 IN THE MATTER OF THE ORGANIZATION OF CLOVERDALE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: The Court ordered that a special election be held on June 21, 1963, within the proposed Cloverdale Rural Fire Protection District for submission to the quali- fied electors within said District, the question of forming the District as required by law, and the County Clerk was directed to publish notice of said special election. IN THE MA TTER OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT: The County Court entered into a co-operative agreement with the City of Bend for the purpose of Deschutes Comity vole:7tarily assisting the City of Bend in the construction of certain City Streets. IN THE MATTER OF VACATION OF A PLATTED STREET AND A PLATTED ALLEY: At this time the Court ordered that all of Bruce Avenue between Third and Fourth Streets and the alley in Block 11 between Third and Fourth Streets in the Townsite of Laidlaw (Tumalo) be vacated. IN THE PLATTER OF VACATION OF A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD: At this time the Court ordered that a portion of a county road described as follows: All of that portion of the Ovid W. B. Riley County Road lying in the NE1NE41 of Section 29, Township 17 South, flange 12 E.W.M. lying; East of the Dalles-California Highway, 1961 alignment; lying South of the Dalles-California Highway, 1920 location; and lying North of the North Unit Canal right of way be vacated. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO HAUL CINDERS FROM TERREBONNE CINDER PIT: The Court granted Mann rConstruction Company of Redmond permission to remove 350 cubic yards of cinders from the county controlled pit in Terrebonne, IN THE MA TTFR. OF A SIGN ON A COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY: The Court granted the Spring River Resort, Inc. permission to erect a sign at the following location: Deschutes County Road right of way in the NwilsW , of Sec. 33 Twp. 20 South, Range 11 E.W.M., on the south side of the Harper County Road and on the west side of U.S.Highway 97 at the junction of Harper Road and U.S. Highway 97, on the Harper Road right of way. IN THE MATTER OF PERMIT TO INSTALL PIPELINE ACROSS A COUNTY ROAD: The Court granted Dan. Heierman pernd.ssion to install a pipeline across the Wells County Road right of way. IN THE MA TTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: The Court ordered the Tax Collector to refund the sum of $162.13 to John Daly V011. :?Acs 50 1 for overpayment of taxes. IN THE MATTER OF REFUND OF TAXES: At this time the Court ordered the County Clerk to refund the sum of $40.35 for erroneous payment of 1961-1962 personal property taxes on cattle made by E. W. Conklin. There being no further business,, Court adjourned. COUNTY JUDGE COMMISSIONER COMMISSIONER 4 - IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF DESCHUTES In the Matter of Permit To Haul Cinders from ) O R D E R Terrebonne Cinder Pit ) This matter coming before the Court upon the petition of Mann Construction Company of Redmond, asking permission to haul from the Deschutes County controlled pit at Terrebonne, three hundred and fifty (350) cubic yards of cinders at a cost to the above mentioned Mann Construction Company of Redmond of five cents (5¢) per yard. It appearing that this request is reasonable, and IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that per fission is hereby granted to Mann Construction Company of Redmond to remove three hundred and fifty cubic yards of cinders from the county controlled pit in Terrebonne.
