At this time the Court granted Dotson 'T. Herritt permission to remove
100 cubic yards of cinders from Horse Butte, subject to approval by -the Fort Rook
Ranger. Charge for binders to be 10¢ per cubic yard.

The Court made a resolution to transfer -ta the State Highway Conmissich
for the purpose of re-transferring the same to the Bureau of Public :Roads for
expenditure on the Kiva $*ingS Bachelor Butte, section, of 441 the sum of
$46,000.00 of federal .FAS funds presently allocated -t6 said highway under PAS
Route $55, comonly known as.the Cascade bakes Highway.
