Permit to move a Building )
This permit issued to John Snyder to move one building 12
feet in width, 40 feet in length and 10 feet in h6ighth. Said building
to be set upon rollers and be pulled by a heavyweight tractor and
pulled approximately 50 yards on Bear Creels Road to its destination.
The tractor and rollers ti-rith this building shall begin to move
over the above mentioned road august 10, and must proceed to destination
with as little delair and obstruction to traffic as possible. The tractor
pulling the building must be preceded at least 500 feet by a vehicle with
a sign indicating a wide load. This must also be followed by a vehicle
at least 500 feet behind indicating a wide load to passing traffic.
This permit does not release the said John Snyder from any
liability from damage to life or property that may result from moving
the aforesaid building.
